Transforming Bruce Banner into The Incredible Hulk
Today Superhero movies are the top performers in the box office, video game are a billion dollar industry, and I Fucking Love Science has over 19 million likes on Facebook. It seems like long gone are the days of the stereotypical nerds. Everyone seems to have at least a little nerdism in them. Whether it be the movies and shows you watch, the posts you share, or the books you read, nerds are everywhere.
It’s a common misconception that nerds are all either scrawny or obese asthmatics, who eat nothing but fast food and drink immense amounts of energy drinks. Well, I’m here to tell you that this is not true! I’ve been a nerd my entire life, and at age 22 (I’m 28 now) I decided to take action with my physical appearance.
I know it’s easier said than done, and if you are someone who is not physically active it might be hard for you to kick it into gear. What helped me was to focus on the end result and treat my fitness goals just like something I’m good at……. Video Games!
